Director - Payment Operations

Own end-to-end Payments Operations delivery:

- Accountable for safe, timely, and accurate execution of corporate payments processing, ensuring client SLAs, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.

Drive Global Payments Target Operating Model (TOM):

- Lead implementation and embedment of a simplified, scalable Payments TOM, aligning processes, controls, and platforms across regions.

Lead transformation and automation agenda:

- Accelerate stop at source interventions, automation, and AI-led solutions to reduce exceptions, improve straight-through processing, and drive cost efficiency.

Strengthen risk, controls, and financial crime safeguards:

- Ensure robust controls for payment investigations, funds control, and compliance adherence, proactively mitigating operational and regulatory risks.

Enhance client experience and service outcomes:

- Deliver differentiated service through reduced turnaround times, improved transparency, and proactive client communication, supporting digital self-serve capabilities.

Build high-performing, future-ready operations teams:
