This includes private sector organizations, government bodies, financial institutions, social sector organizations, and more. The focus is on creating sustainable, scalable solutions for underserved communities, including micro-entrepreneurs, informal workers, and job seekers, with a special emphasis on womens economic empowerment. Key Responsibilities: - Create compelling value propositions for network partners. - Develop and transition partnerships to a network model. - Build new partnerships to expand network reach and service offerings. - Develop financial models to lower costs and introduce new revenue streams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare partnership models. - Support strategy, innovation, and growth planning. - Represent the organization at events and build new connections. - Develop communication tools to highlight network success. - Nurture long-term relationships with strategic partners, including CSR clients and donors. - Foster a culture of mentorship and capacity building within the team. Qualifications & Skills: - 10+ years in strategy roles, ideally within consulting, investment, or large organizations. - Proven track record of forging partnerships with diverse stakeholders. - MBA, MPA/MPP from a reputed institution. - Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. - Strong analytical skills and business acumen. - High interest in social impact work and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
