Role Overview: Director of Partnerships

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to drive our strategic alliances and partner ecosystem. As the Director of Partnerships, you will be at the center of scaling our growth by building high-impact collaborations that accelerate revenue growth, product adoption, and market expansion.

This role works closely with leadership, sales, product, and marketing teams to design scalable partnership models and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy: Define and execute the partnership strategy aligned with company objectives.

Partner Development: Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with technology, channel, and ecosystem partners.

Negotiations & Contracts: Lead complex deal negotiations, structure agreements, and drive execution.

Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with C-level stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams on go-to-market plans and co-branded initiatives.

Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and present results to leadership.

Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in a technology-driven environment.

- Proven record of building high-impact B2B/B2C partnerships.

- Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and relationship management skills.

- Strategic mindset with outstanding analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
