Role Overview:
We are looking for a Strategic Partner to activate and grow relationships with executive search firms and venture capital firms across the SEA and MENA regions. As a founding member of the core growth team, you will be responsible for designing and executing partnership strategies and directly impact the top line.
- Executive search firms: Enable them to leverage our platform as a DIY solution.
- Venture capital firms: Engage them to run dedicated leadership hiring campaigns for their portfolio companies.
- B2B: Organisations looking to onboard experienced managers
This is a critical growth role where you will define how we scale our partner ecosystem and establish our presence in two of the fastest-growing markets as a potential solution to simplify discovery for experienced managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and activate partnerships with executive search firms and venture capital firms.
- Position and tailor our offerings for different partner profiles (DIY model vs. managed campaigns).
- Build and execute region-specific strategies for SEA and MENA to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal product and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner experience.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem forums to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
- Deliver insights and feedback from partners to inform product development and growth strategy.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or ecosystem growth in HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment solutions.
- Strong understanding of executive search, leadership hiring, and/or venture capital ecosystems.
- Proven track record in building and scaling partner-led growth strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in emerging or growth-stage markets (SEA/MENA preferred).
