Director/Partner - Investment Banking - Fund Raising

Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior leader with strong expertise in deal sourcing and execution for early-stage to Series C+ fundraises. The role involves independently sourcing mandates, managing analysts/associates, and collaborating closely with top-tier VC/PE funds and family offices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Closed 8-10+ VC/PE deals, ideally from early-stage to Series C+ fundraises.

- Strong network with VCs, PEs, and family offices.

- Proven ability to source and close deals independently.

- Experienced in managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end deal origination efforts by cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with PE/VC firms, family offices, and corporate clients to build a robust pipeline of fundraising mandates.

- Oversee the preparation of high-impact pitch decks, information memorandums, and financial models to effectively communicate the investment thesis to potential investors.

- Manage complex negotiations during the fundraising process, ensuring optimal valuation and deal terms that align with the strategic objectives of our clients.

- Direct the due diligence process by coordinating with internal teams and external advisors to mitigate risks and ensure a seamless transaction closing.

- Mentor and lead junior investment banking professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence and high-performance execution within the team.

- Represent the firm at industry forums and investor conferences to enhance our market presence and stay ahead of emerging trends in the private capital markets.
