Job Description:

- The incumbent will be the owning the end-to-end P&L, strategic growth, and operational excellence of the 3PL business.

- This role is about transforming complex supply chain challenges into seamless, profitable solutions.

- You will lead the charge in winning mega-contracts, optimizing a massive warehouse and transport network, and mentoring a second line of command to ensure business continuity and legacy building.

KRA:

- Revenue & Growth (- 1000 Cr P&L): Drive aggressive top-line growth and healthy margins; you are responsible for the financial health of the vertical, ensuring every contract is a win-win for the client and the company.

- Large-Scale Business Acquisition: Lead high-stakes "Big Bet" deal cycles and influence C-suite decision-makers at Fortune 500 and Top Indian enterprises to choose our 3PL solutions.

- Network & Infrastructure Procurement: Oversee the strategic selection and negotiation for large-scale warehouse spaces and transportation fleets, ensuring we have the right "nodes and wheels" to meet varying client demands at the best cost.

- Operational & Solution Excellence: Guide the COE and Solution Design teams to create "Future-Ready" supply chains using automation, robotics, and advanced WMS/TMS technology.

- Leadership Mentorship & Succession: Act as a "Leader of Leaders and invest 20-30% of your time in coaching your functional heads, empowering them to run the business independently in your absence.
