Director - P&L - Credit Cards

What you'll need:

- 10 years of experience in credit cards, payments, fintech, or consumer lending, with strong exposure to card portfolio management.

- Experience managing large-scale credit card portfolios or co-branded card programs in partnership with issuer banks.

- Strong understanding of credit card economics, portfolio metrics, and customer lifecycle management.

- Proven experience leading teams and working cross-functionally across product, growth, analytics, and partnerships.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with banks, networks, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Growth & P&L Ownership: Own the overall performance and profitability of the credit card portfolio, including revenue growth, customer engagement, and portfolio economics. Drive strategies to improve card acquisition, activation, spend, retention, and lifecycle value.

- Business & Ecosystem Partnerships: Manage senior relationships with issuer banks, card networks, and ecosystem partners to continuously enhance the product value proposition and drive new growth opportunities.

- Product & Customer Experience: Work closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams to continuously improve the card experience, rewards proposition, and engagement programs that increase card usage and customer loyalty.

- Team Leadership: Build and lead the credit card business team across portfolio management, partnerships, and growth initiatives. Set clear goals, drive execution, and ensure cross-functional alignment with product, marketing, analytics, and risk teams.

- Performance & Insights: Use data and customer insights to optimize portfolio performance, identify growth levers, and guide strategic decisions on rewards, pricing, and engagement.

- Risk & Compliance: Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure the credit card portfolio operates within regulatory guidelines and responsible lending practices.
