Key Responsibilities:
- Global O2P Leadership: Lead and oversee the entire global Order-to-Pay (O2P) function, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of all vendor payments across global operations.
- Operational Excellence & Efficiency: Drive initiatives for operational excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement within the Accounts Payable function.
- Team Management & Development: Oversee and mentor a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous learning.
- Automation & Digital Transformation: Champion and drive automation initiatives within the O2P process to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy.
- Controls & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11.
- New Business Integration: Facilitate and support the integration of new business entities and processes onto the existing O2P platform.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e. , Procurement, Treasury, IT) to streamline processes, resolve issues, and ensure seamless O2P operations.
- Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the overall growth and success of the finance organization through strategic planning, reporting, and insightful analysis of O2P metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 13+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or financial operations, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing global Order-to-Pay (O2P) functions.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and automation within AP/O2P.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing and mentoring large, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
