Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director Delivery Operations to lead large-scale US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) and Hospital Billing operations. The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, revenue optimization, process improvements, and people leadership across multiple delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Hospital Billing and AR operations, ensuring achievement of client SLAs, KPIs, quality, and productivity targets.

- Drive collections performance, denial management, insurance follow-up, appeals, and AR aging reduction.

- Manage client relationships, governance reviews, escalations, and business growth opportunities.

- Own operational and financial performance, including revenue, margins, and resource planning.

- Lead and develop large teams of Operations Managers and Delivery Leaders.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and client requirements.

- Drive process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- 16+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

- Strong expertise in Hospital Billing, Accounts Receivable, Denial Management, and Insurance Follow-up.

- Proven experience leading large delivery teams and managing client-facing operations.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational excellence skills.

- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
