We are seeking an exceptional Director of Operations to serve as the operational backbone of Attri India. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for building and scaling our operational infrastructure as the company grows.
This role is for a leader who finds fulfillment in making others successfulemployees, leadership teams, and the organization as a whole. You will bring consistency, clarity, and operational excellence across all functions, ensuring our projects, people, and processes are aligned for sustainable growth.
This is not a traditional COO role in a large corporation. We need someone who can roll up their sleeves, work at the front lines when needed, and build systems from the ground up while thinking strategically about where we're headed.
What You'll Do
Operational Leadership & Execution
- Oversee and align Attri's complete portfolio of projects and strategic initiatives
- Implement systems thinking approaches to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
- Establish operational frameworks that scale with company growth
- Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting systems for business visibility
- Coordinate across all departments to ensure seamless execution and resource optimization
Change Management & Process Excellence
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives with resilience and strategic foresight
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (Six Sigma, systems thinking, or equivalent frameworks) to optimize processes
- Introduce pragmatic, tech-forward solutions that improve efficiency and ROI
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or team morale
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
People & Culture Alignment
- Partner closely with HR on talent strategy, resource planning, and organizational culture
- Act as a counselor and advocate for employees while representing leadership expectations
- Build trust through active listening, clear interpretation of needs, and transparent reporting
- Drive accountability through well-defined expectations, consistent follow-up, and fair consequences
- Foster an environment where teams feel supported, heard, and empowered to execute
- Strategic Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate transparent dialogue across teams, leadership, and external stakeholders
- Communicate effectively in all directions: upward to leadership, downward to teams, and across peer functions
- Set clear direction and expectations while empowering teams to own their outcomes
Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation across operations
- Partner with finance team on forecasting, cost management, and operational efficiency metrics
Who You Are
Required Experience & Background
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in business or strategic operations leadership
- Minimum 10 years in executive operations roles specifically within tech or SaaS product companies (not tech-adjacent, outsourcing, or services-only environments)
- Must have firsthand experience inside a high-growth SaaS startup or consulting-led digital transformation environment not only advisory, but responsible for actual operational execution
- Proven track record of building and scaling operations from early-stage (50 people) to 200+ employees or more
- Experience leading organizational transformation and change with clear, measurable business outcomes
- Strong background in process optimization, systems design, operational analytics, and strategic alignment
- Direct experience managing and influencing cross-functional leadership teams with high EQ and no authority dependency
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred (not mandatory if experience is exceptional)
