Were seeking an experienced Director of Operations (RCM Health Care) to lead and optimize our India-based teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.


About the Role


This role oversees the day-to-day operational execution of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, aligning with global business goals while leading process improvements, team management, and client engagement. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency across all operations.


Key Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership: Direct and manage workflows, drive execution, and implement strategies to improve service delivery and meet client expectations.

- Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams to exceed KPIs and business objectives.

- Process Optimization: Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in RCM operations.

- Client Engagement: Act as a key liaison for escalations and performance updates; present operational insights and recommendations.

- Reporting & Compliance: Monitor and report on key metrics while ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.


What Were Looking For


- 10+ years of experience in operations, preferably within healthcare or RCM.


- Proven leadership in managing teams and operational processes in dynamic, high-volume settings.

- Strong background in process improvement and performance optimization.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

- Comfortable working with cross-cultural, international teams.

- Prior experience working with US-based organizations.

- Hands-on knowledge of RCM software and tools.
