We are seeking a Director Operations for a leading global consulting and professional services organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing healthcare provider operations with end-to-end ownership of P&L, operational excellence, and transformational initiatives. The role focuses on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), hospital/provider operations, and large-scale delivery leadership, with a strong emphasis on client engagement and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the P&L for a large-scale healthcare provider operations portfolio. - Provide strategic leadership to ensure delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. - Optimize resource utilization across multi-site and multi-workstream teams. - Partner with sales/business development teams on RFI/RFP responses, solutioning, and proposals. - Drive transformational projects, including process redesign, automation, and digital adoption. - Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships at senior leadership levels. - Lead and mentor large teams, ensuring high performance, engagement, and growth. - Monitor and implement performance metrics across delivery units. - Identify industry trends and operational challenges to develop innovative solutions. Candidate Profile: - Education: Bachelors/Masters degree (MBA preferred). - Experience: 18+ years in healthcare provider operations, preferably with large US healthcare providers, hospitals, or healthcare BPO/shared services. - Proven P&L management experience with track record of margin improvement and operational scale. - Deep expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), patient access, hospital operations, or provider shared services. - Experience leading large teams (500+ FTEs) across multiple geographies and workstreams. - Strong experience in client engagement, business development support, and proposal solutioning. - Exposure to digital transformation, automation, and technology-driven operational improvements. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
