The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues). Responsibilities - Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.) - Determine company's strategic growth as part of the executive team - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects - Oversee all aspects of the API manufacturing plant's operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and personnel management. - Ensure the plant runs efficiently and effectively, with an emphasis on quality control and safety. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve plant efficiency and productivity. - Work with other departments, such as quality control, engineering, and maintenance, to ensure smooth plant operations and timely resolution of any issues that may arise. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations and cGMP guidelines. - Continuously monitor and evaluate plant performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. - Develop and manage the plant's budget, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to achieve business objectives. - Develop and mentor staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles. - Participate in senior management meetings, providing updates on plant operations and contributing to the development of company strategy. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field. - At least 20 years of experience in API manufacturing, with a proven track record of success in plant management. - In-depth knowledge of cGMP guidelines, FDA regulations, and other regulatory requirements related to API manufacturing. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. - Strong business acumen and financial management skills. - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software. - SAP exposure is a must
