Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and integrate multiple operational functions, ensuring operational excellence, business continuity, infrastructure reliability, safety, technology efficiency, and world-class hospitality standards. The role involves leading operational readiness for a major launch, followed by ongoing business operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Facilities:

- Oversee engineering, facility management, building operations, preventive maintenance, capital projects, sustainability, and energy efficiency.

Security, Safety & Risk:

- Lead security, fire and life safety, EHS compliance, emergency preparedness, risk management, and business continuity.

Visitor Experience & Hospitality:

- Drive service excellence, front-of-house operations, visitor services, accessibility, parking, ticketing, food and beverage, and retail operations.

IT & Digital Systems:

- Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital systems, operational technology, data protection, and technology upgrades.

VIP & Stakeholder Management:

- Manage VIP visits, government and diplomatic liaison, institutional protocols, high-profile events, and premium hospitality experiences.

Leadership & Governance:

- Lead four GMs, build high-performing teams, establish operational policies, manage budgets, and drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 20+ years of senior operational leadership experience.

- Proven track record in managing complex, multidisciplinary operations and large teams.

- Strong expertise in facilities management, security, safety, hospitality, technology, and stakeholder management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, relationship management, and crisis-handling skills.

- Experience engaging with senior government officials, diplomats, trustees, and high-profile stakeholders is preferred.

- Experience in hospitality, aviation, luxury services, embassies, convention centers, premium real estate, or other large-scale service-oriented environments is advantageous.
