Director - Operations - Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve company goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

- Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and specialists, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the quality of service delivery to our clients.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

- Manage relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products at competitive prices.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to support business growth and expansion.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination across all operational functions to facilitate seamless execution and achieve desired outcomes.
