Director of Operations - FMCG / E-commerce

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Operations to lead large-scale business operations for a high-growth organization. This role requires a strategic leader with strong experience in FMCG or E-commerce, capable of managing cross-functional teams and driving revenue, operational efficiency, and organizational scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Operations, Sales, and Marketing functions

- Drive revenue growth, process optimization, and business scaling

- Manage 200+ team members and build high-performance leadership culture

- Establish KPIs and ensure execution excellence

- Align operational capacity with growth targets

- Partner with global leadership for strategic planning

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA from IIM (Ahmedabad/Kolkata/Bangalore preferred) or IIT

- 10-15 years of experience in FMCG/E-commerce

- Currently in or previously held Director-level role

- Strong P&L ownership and revenue growth exposure

- Proven experience managing large teams (200+)

- Career stability with progressive leadership growth

Notice period: Immediate to 30 days

Current CTC: - 80 LPA+
