Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team for last-mile operations and ground teams to identify gaps and develop cost-effective solutions, both independently and in partnership with other stakeholders.
- Engage actively with the workforce to identify and implement best practices from across channels and the market, ensuring these are cascaded to the broader team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with central and regional vendors/partners to ensure consistent manpower support across regions.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with government bodies, NGOs, and private organizations to strengthen and stabilize the last-mile rider network at a central level.
- Capture and maintain accurate data on rider agent count and dispatch capacity.
- Conduct field visits to oversee effective acquisition and management of last-mile partners and ensure operational excellence.
Person Specifications :
Experience: Up to 8 years
Education: B.Tech + MBA (Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments
- Skilled in negotiation and stakeholder management
- Bias for action with a focus on delivering results
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy for team members
- Willingness to travel and work in the field
- Comfortable leveraging technology to enhance recruiter effectiveness
