Role Overview:

- The Director Operational Excellence will lead strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience across the organization.

- This role requires a strong focus on process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making to deliver operational excellence in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute operational excellence strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Process Optimization: Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks to streamline workflows.

- Automation & Technology: Drive adoption of digital tools, analytics, and automation for operational efficiency.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with supply chain, logistics, finance, and technology teams to deliver seamless operations.

- Performance Management: Establish KPIs, monitor metrics, and ensure accountability across functions.

- Risk & Compliance: Develop SOPs, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies for scalable operations.

- Customer-Centric Execution: Ensure service reliability and on-time delivery through best-in-class processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Management; MBA preferred.

- 12 TO 18 years of experience in operations, process excellence, and supply chain management.

- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, automation, and data analytics.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
