About the Role:
Our client, a leading EdTech company, is seeking a highly driven Director - Online Marketing to spearhead their digital growth strategy. The role involves owning the end-to-end online marketing function to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the company's online marketing and digital growth strategy.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to optimize ROI and acquisition metrics.
- Drive SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams for impactful go-to-market campaigns.
- Implement marketing automation, funnel optimization, and CRM-based initiatives.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve effectiveness of campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing budgets with strong cost efficiency.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Requirements:
- 7-12 years of experience in online/digital marketing, preferably in EdTech or consumer internet industries.
- Demonstrated success in scaling user acquisition and engagement through digital channels.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.), and automation tools.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven decision maker with an innovative mindset.
