About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director - Offline Marketing to lead our offline marketing efforts and strengthen brand presence in key markets. This role will drive end-to-end planning and execution of offline campaigns, events, partnerships, and activations to fuel growth in the EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive brand visibility through on-ground activations, ATL/BTL campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
- Identify and manage partnerships with agencies, vendors, and regional partners.
- Analyze ROI and effectiveness of offline campaigns, optimizing spend and impact.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and digital teams for integrated marketing initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing offline marketing team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7-12 years of proven experience in offline/brand marketing, preferably in consumer-facing industries
- Strong expertise in ATL/BTL campaigns, event management, and local market activations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven with a keen eye for creative brand storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
