Key responsibilities as part of this role will include driving:  - Supply acquisition  - Supply retention and supply performance management  - OEM Relationships  - Lender relationships and engagement strategy  - New Product initiatives  - Manage and build all external relationships  - Marketing, branding, PR of the New Initiatives  - Overall business responsibility  Qualifications & Background:  Premier B-school graduate with 8+ years of experience   Engineering degree from a premier institute will be an add on   Candidates with exposure to online industry will be preferred   8- 9 Years in high performance sales environment in a B2B/B2C sales   Experience in managing operations for a mid sized/large sized business unit and leading a mid to large team in a similar dynamic setup for about 6-7 years  Competencies:  Planning, negotiation, operations people leadership and project management   Very strong on business operations fundamentals, conceptual thought process   Strong numerical and analytical aptitude   Strong negotiating and influencing skills   Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and drive them to completion   Ability to understand and deal with government bodies and personnels   Proven experience leading cross-functional projects; very strong in influencing and driving change   Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment   Good organizational skills - prioritizing, scheduling, time management   Passion to architect and experiment with new ideas; ability to think through these pilots/initiatives and deliver clear outcomes.
