Hiring : Director Medical Services

We are looking for an experienced Director Medical Services to lead clinical operations, medical administration, and governance for a leading multi-specialty healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide leadership across clinical specialties, medical administration, OT operations, CSSD, and Biomedical Engineering.

- Drive clinical governance, quality, patient safety, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.

- Collaborate with clinical leaders to enhance operational efficiency, consultant engagement, and patient outcomes.

- Lead process improvement initiatives, resource planning, budgeting, and team development.

Eligibility :

- MBBS with MD and/or a Management qualification.

- 13+ years of post-PG experience in clinical and medical administration.

- 5 - 8 years of leadership experience in a large multi-specialty hospital preferred.
