Position Summary.
We are seeking a dynamic, digitally savvy Marketing Director to lead our end-to-end marketing function, with a strong focus on content development, social media, lead generation, and product marketing.
This hands-on leadership role requires both strategic vision and execution excellence.
The ideal candidate has prior experience building B2B marketing campaigns in the staffing or professional services industry and is confident managing a multidisciplinary team while also rolling up their sleeves to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities.
- Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, overseeing strategy and execution across content, digital, social, and product marketing.
- Develop compelling content strategies including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, web copy, and thought leadership that position Acro as an industry leader.
- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns that support sales and business development goals.
- Own and evolve the companys social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to grow engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to define and promote workforce solutions offerings through tailored messaging and positioning.
- Lead the marketing plan for our Product Group(XRM).
- Be part of /lead the rebranding effort.
- Define and manage the marketing calendar, campaign milestones, and performance KPIs.
- Optimize marketing tech stack and tools (CRM, email platforms, analytics dashboards) to improve ROI tracking and funnel management.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Stay current on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging digital marketing best practices.
Required Qualifications.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in content marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation strategy and Product marketing execution.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, B2B SEO, paid media, and marketing automation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a marketing team.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal English communication skills.
- Deep familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Track record of supporting sales enablement and product marketing in a services-oriented or staffing environment.
Preferred Qualifications.
- Experience in staffing, HR technology, or workforce solutions industries.
- Familiarity with proposal support, marketing around Government contracts, and co-branded campaigns with strategic partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
