Job Summary: The Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and drive the development of marketing vision, objective and strategies for the organization. Duties/Responsibilities: - Work with sales and engineering organizations to develop and execute successful inbound and outbound campaigns - Execute market research on emerging trends, new market segments to drive company ROI objectives - Utilize latest marketing platforms, automation tools, and vendors to drive campaigns effectively - Perform competitor analysis and market/campaign data analysis with clear KPIs - Develop marketing and sales collateral including website, customer presentations, external promotions and manage presence at WW conferences - Communicate and present marketing vision, plan, and budget to the executive management team - Will be responsible for managing the marketing team. Required Skills/Abilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Understanding of semiconductor and systems market - Experience in marketing automation tools, market research and content creation - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. - At least 7-10 years of experience in marketing, digital and social media strategy and implementation.
