Description:

Looking from product based companies(SAAS) only. With a strong team handling experience and global exposure.

The candidate will have overall responsibility for company's marketing and brand function.

It will include global brand positioning and imagery including new customer acquisition via marketing programs. The role entails strong digital marketing experience at a global level hence relevant experience is a must.

The person will also be managing multiple sub-brands under company's umbrella. Over

and above the core focus of B2B brand management, some of the brands are B2C facing .

Responsibilities:

- Ownership of user acquisition, engagement & retention through various marketing activities across B2B and B2C brands

- Development of an effective content driven strategy for all B2B and B2C marketing goals

- Building an external partner and support ecosystem for all facets of Marketing and Brand related tasks including PR agency relationship, conference sponsorships and speaking opportunities

- Build, develop and execute Global Marketing Campaigns for BA and its sub-brands in conjunction with the global leadership team

Skills:

- University degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in leadership role and active knowledge and experience with digital marketing

- 3+ years experience of managing a team of marketeers (SEO, SMM, Email & Database Marketing, Content developers, Visualization and marketing analytics professionals)

- Experience in developing and executing content strategies and sales enablement, preferably in B2B environment

Tools and Technology comfort level:

- Exposure to Marketing Automation Tools and CRM platforms such Hubspot, Marketo and/or Saleforce.

- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus

- Proficiency with digital performance marketing tools & KPI management

- Demonstrated ability to work at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).
