Director - Marketing - SaaS

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director with a strong foundation in Product Marketing to lead the marketing strategy, drive product positioning, and accelerate market adoption. This role requires a strategic thinker who can operate at both high-level vision and hands- on execution, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to bring differentiated offerings to market.

Our client is a Series A-funded SaaS product organization with leadership teams based in the U.S. and in Hyderabad, India. The founders are highly experienced industry leaders and are backed by marquee investors.

Description:

- Define and lead overall marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and brand direction.

- Own product marketing, driving market segmentation, competitive insights, and go- to- market plans for launches.

- Build demand- generation programs across digital channels to grow pipeline and accelerate customer acquisition.

- Develop high- impact content and sales enablement assets to support product adoption and revenue teams.

- Partner cross- functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on GTM execution.

- Track and analyze marketing performance, using data to refine campaigns, improve funnel metrics, and maximize ROI.

- Hire and develop a lean, high- performing marketing team, while managing agencies and external partners.

- Represent the brand externally, driving thought leadership through events, webinars, and ecosystem engagements.

Profile:

- 10-15 years of overall experience ,with a strong background in product marketing.

- Should be in a people management role for the past 3 years.

- Should understand SaaS and should be comfortable building the team from scratch.

- Experience working with founders is a good to have . This will be a hands on role.
