The Director - Marketing will be responsible for creating and driving the overall marketing strategy to strengthen the company's brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. The role will oversee all marketing functions including brand management, digital marketing, corporate communications, and demand generation for a BPO organization with 3000+ employees

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership:

- Define and execute a marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Enhance brand visibility in domestic and international BPO markets.

- Develop effective messaging, marketing campaigns, and storytelling initiatives.

- Lead brand and digital presence initiatives (social media, events, and campaigns).

2. Demand Generation & Business Enablement:

- Partner with sales and client acquisition teams to drive qualified lead generation.

- Create marketing collaterals, presentations, and case studies to support RFPs.

- Measure and report campaign ROI and marketing performance metrics.

3. Digital Marketing & Content Management:

- Manage digital marketing, SEO/SEM, website optimization, and online branding.

- Oversee social media channels, content calendars, and performance analytics.

- Drive thought leadership content-blogs, newsletters, and whitepapers.

4. Corporate Communications & PR:

- Lead internal and external communications, including PR and media relations.

- Ensure consistent branding across all company communications.

- Strengthen employer branding and event visibility.

5. Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor a small marketing team covering digital, design, and content.

- Work closely with HR, Sales, and Operations to support business objectives.

- Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships effectively.

Key Skills & Experience:

- 12-15 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior role within BPO/BPM or ITES industry.

- Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.

- Hands-on with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving ability.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- MBA in Marketing preferred.

- Certifications in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing are an added advantage.
