Position Description: - Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing strategy and plan to increase brand awareness. - Identify and plan impactful marketing strategies/materials with more emphasis on Digital Marketing. - Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team. - Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads. - Collaborate with market researchers and analysts to gather customer insights. - Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth. - Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies. - Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives and marketing budget. - Monitor all marketing campaigns and improvise where necessary. - Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies. - Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies. Qualifications: - The ideal individual for this opportunity brings the following to the table: - Overall 10+ years of experience with at 3+ years in leadership role. - Master's degree in marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field. - Experience in driving Global marketing strategy for Enterprise Product companies, experience in SaaS product company will be an advantage. - Well-versed with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel - Creative mind-set and should be able to drive brand positioning, graphics, presentations and other collaterals. - Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills. - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
