Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Director of Marketing to lead and scale our global marketing efforts. You will oversee all marketing functions-strategy, campaigns, content, digital, and events-to drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & GTM: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives.
- Brand Leadership: Elevate and manage the company's brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
- Demand Generation: Own the demand engine-design and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive high-quality lead generation and sales pipeline growth.
- Content & Digital Marketing: Lead a robust content strategy across web, email, SEO, and social media to engage and convert B2B audiences.
- Campaigns & Events: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and industry events that build awareness and accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Performance & Analytics: Drive ROI-focused marketing through continuous measurement, testing, and optimization of campaigns using marketing analytics and automation tools.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with Sales to align messaging, develop enablement materials, and support revenue generation.
- Budget Ownership: Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing from tech product companies.
- Proven track record in leading go-to-market strategies, high-performing campaigns, and successful product launches.
- Expertise in lead generation, demand gen, content strategy, digital marketing, and marketing automation.
- Strong command of marketing analytics, ROI tracking, and performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and AI-powered marketing platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
