Seeking a Director of Marketing to lead GTM, brand, content, PR, and employer marketing for an enterprise Fintech SaaS platform.
The incumbent will work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and HR, lead B2B events, and deliver standout assets-from product demos to boardroom-ready pitch decks; in addition, spearhead PR and employer branding, partnering with agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive positioning, messaging, content development, and campaigns
- Lead brand marketing initiatives for B2B enterprise products, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams.
- Plan and execute B2B events focused on networking, lead generation, and enhancing industry relationships for conversions and ROI.
- Craft product narratives and value propositions based on in-depth understanding of industry drivers and customer needs.
- Develop sales enablement content and deliver training sessions to equip stakeholders with deep product knowledge and positioning strategies.
- Create high-impact presentations and demos tailored for prospective clients to support sales efforts.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to establish the organization as a top workplace.
- Partner with PR agencies to enhance employer brand visibility through strategic events and targeted campaigns.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing with 10+ years of experience in SaaS or product marketing roles.
- Extensive experience managing complex marketing projects with sharp execution and prioritization skills.
- Sales-focused mindset with a strong understanding of B2B enterprise SaaS markets.
