Job Description:

Our team is hiring for a Director Brand Marketing role for one of our Ecommerce Client in Bangalore. Looking for professionals from leading FMCG Brands only.

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: B.Tech + MBA (Good Colleges) preferred with 10 to 15 Years of experience.

Job Description:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a core brand management profile, having managed a complete brand development lifecycle from brand development to GTM.

- Would contribute to the Brand Development, Positioning and Go-to-Market for Horizontal service initiatives.

- Would be the custodian of the brand who will define and drive adherence to brand philosophy

- This is a category agnostic role that will cut across multiple brand portfolios and therefore a cross-category exposure is an added advantage

- Manage a team of marketers to deliver on objectives

- Be able to translate brand propositions into internal pitches as required to drive stakeholder approvals and buy-ins
