About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Director Marketing, a leadership position responsible for driving end-to-end marketing initiatives. This role is central to shaping the brand's identity, building a new category, and executing integrated B2B marketing strategies across ATL, BTL, and digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS marketing, a deep understanding of the B2B and B2B2C customer journey, and a proven track record of developing impactful narratives that set tech brands apart and accelerate growth. Experience in real estate tech or PropTech marketing will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the overall marketing vision and roadmap. Align marketing efforts with business growth objectives and category expansion.
- Brand Positioning & Narrative: Establish a strong and differentiated brand identity. Develop positioning, tone of voice, and messaging that resonate with B2B tech audiences.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute cohesive campaigns across ATL (TV, Print, Outdoor), BTL (Events, Activations, Trade Shows), and Digital channels to drive awareness, leads, and engagement.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- B2B Growth Marketing: Develop scalable demand-generation strategies, leveraging ABM (Account-Based Marketing), content-led strategies, and product marketing to fuel pipeline and sales enablement.
- Product Marketing: Work closely with product and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, customer personas, competitive intelligence, and value proposition messaging.
- Media & Agency Management: Oversee media planning and execution in collaboration with internal and external partners. Manage vendor relationships to ensure top-notch creative, production, and media delivery.
- Customer Experience: Ensure brand experience is consistent across the buyer journey - from awareness to post- sale engagement.
- Budget Ownership: Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring high ROI across initiatives.
