Director - Manufacturing Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Lead manufacturing operations to achieve production, cost efficiency, and sustainability targets.

- Drive operational excellence, implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Manage P&L accountability, ensuring profitability and resource optimization.

- Oversee factory operations, quality control, supply chain management, and vendor relationships.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, audits, and regulatory compliances.

- Build and mentor high-performing teams to deliver operational goals.

- Streamline systems, processes, and best practices across manufacturing sites.

- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives to scale operations and enhance

competitiveness.

Required Candidate Profile

- Experience: 18+ years in Food, API, or FMCG manufacturing, including 10+ years in leadership

roles with P&L responsibility.

- Strong exposure to factory operations, supply chain, quality systems, and vendor management.

- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and sustainability initiatives.

- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
