Director - IT Strategy / IT4IT/IT Operating Model

Job Description:

- Define and implement the IT4IT reference architecture aligned with business goals

- Own the full Plan- Build- Run toolchain (ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, AIOps, etc.) with seamless integrations

- Standardize & digitize IT value streams (e.g., Strategy - Portfolio, Detect - Correct) with a unified data model and real-time KPI tracking

- Govern IT Operating Model transformation ensuring compliance with security, privacy & EA policies

- Lead end-to-end deliverables, including hands-on coding, AI/ML and cloud infra work-from scratch

- Manage project execution, product roadmaps, team building, and delivery

- Drive presales engagements, author RFPs, oversee business development interactions

- Ensure solutions meet quality, scalability, and performance standards

Experience & Skills Required:

- 17-25 years of overall experience, with 7-10 years in coding/development

- Career start in software engineering, gaining deep technical grounding

- Strong AI, ML, cloud infrastructure, and IT infrastructure expertise

- Experience in Tier- 1 enterprises (across IT ops, architecture, engineering teams)

- Proven success in project and product management, team building, and delivery execution

- Demonstrated presales & RFP leadership with enterprise-level business development

Preferred Certifications:

- IT4IT Foundation or Practitioner (Open Group)

- ITIL v4, TOGAF or SAFe Architect

- PMP or Agile Certifications

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:

- Partner closely with CIO, CISO, IT Ops, and App teams to align strategy and delivery

- Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of architects, process owners, and toolchain leads
