
Description:
Qualification: Engineering graduate preferably in the area of Computer Science or Information technology /MCA. A management degree and certifications in technology domains will be a vale add.
Experience: At least 20 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an MNC or a large corporation with presence across multiple countries.
- At least 5 years of experience as CIO or Head of IT of a medium size organization (minimum 200-400 employees and annual turnover of USD 250 million).
- At least 5 years of experience working with the board /CXOs on technology strategy.
- Working experience in property development and construction business will be a big value add. Working experience in GCC countries is another advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems, Infrastructure, security and emerging technologies. Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation.
- In-depth understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Job Role:
- Creation of an IT Roadmap in alignment with business strategy to support and drive business growth plans and deliver it against agreed time lines.
- Development of an Industry standard infrastructure and ensure 99.9 % uptime.
- Development of an application architecture and Implementation of it in agreement with CEO, CFO and other CXOs
- Architect and deliver a robust IT Security framework.
- Development of real time reporting systems.
- Responsible for creating and managing the IT strategy of the organization.
- Responsible for all the IT systems of the organization.
- Managing the IT budget.
- Close collaboration and partnership with business leaders to ensure that technology requirements of the organizations are met.
- Create and manage development plans for the IT department.
- Work with the board and partner networks to on-board appropriate emerging technologies to help the business to gain competitive advantage.
- Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience.
- Ensure system availability, performance and cost optimization.
- Drive digital transformation across the organization
- Create a strong and effective technology partner network.
