Seeking a highly accomplished Director - Investor Relations to lead its engagement with the global investment community. This strategic leadership role will be central to shaping and communicating the company's equity story, strengthening investor confidence, and ensuring transparent, consistent, and impactful communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations or a sell-side role (Investment Banking, Equity Research, or similar), with a strong grasp of capital markets, valuation methodologies, and the consumer technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Engagement & Strategy

- Develop and execute a best-in-class investor relations strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

- Build and sustain long-term relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the investment community.

Financial & Strategic Communication

- Partner with the CFO and leadership team to articulate financial performance, growth strategy, and market positioning.

- Lead quarterly earnings preparation, including investor presentations, earnings scripts, and Q&A briefings.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI and other regulatory disclosure requirements.

Market Intelligence & Insights

- Track analyst coverage, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights to senior management.

- Advise leadership on valuation drivers, investor expectations, and competitive positioning.

Corporate Storytelling

- Translate complex financial and operational data into a compelling equity narrative.

- Drive consistency of messaging across investor materials, annual reports, and corporate communications.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 12+ years in Risk Management and Risk Policy, with significant exposure to retail lending; Auto Loans or secured lending experience strongly preferred.

- Expertise: Strong understanding of credit risk, portfolio analytics, scorecards, and regulatory frameworks.

- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.

- Education: MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
