Director - Internal Audit - Investment Bank

Job Description :

We are partnering with a leading global Investment Bank to hire a Director Internal Audit (Finance) for their Chennai office.

Key areas of responsibility :

- Lead and deliver complex Finance audit engagements across global businesses

- Provide assurance over Financial Reporting, Valuation Control, and Finance processes

- Drive audit planning, coverage strategy, and risk assessment for the Finance portfolio

- Partner with senior Finance stakeholders and executive leadership globally

- Present audit observations, insights, and recommendations to senior management and regulators

- Monitor regulatory developments, emerging risks, and industry trends

- Support the execution of the Internal Audit strategy and transformation agenda

Ideal profile :

- Extensive Internal Audit experience within Investment Banking or Financial Services

- Strong understanding of Financial Reporting, Valuation Control, and Finance Controls

- Proven leadership experience managing teams and senior stakeholder relationships

- Ability to provide strategic insights and influence decision-making at senior levels
