What You Will Do:

- Work backwards from the needs of the customers and vendors to deliver the right inventory, at the right time, and at the right place.

- Define the strategy and goals for the team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure that customer in-stock and vendor needs are surpassed.

- Drive business growth by ensuring that customer desired items are always in-stock and sufficiently stocked up.

- Partner with global vendors at the right cadence to optimize metrics such as lead-time, and fill-rate.

- Utilize data to effectively prioritize the most impactful actions to deliver key business results.

- Effectively dive deep to identify the root cause of issues, develop solutions and implement the solve.

- Manage ordering process and systems to effectively balance competing business priorities.

- Guide the development of processes and controls to monitor behavior of Forecasting, Inbound, and Inventory Management systems and continuously improve existing capabilities.

- Lead and develop a team of inventory management planners.
