Director Institutional Non-Financial Risk | Global Capability Centre (16-23 yrs)
Role Overview:
A leading global banking organization is looking for a Director to lead the Institutional Non-Financial Risk function within its Global Capability Centre in Bengaluru. The role will drive front-office risk capability across Markets, Transaction Banking and Corporate Finance while building scalable Risk Centre of Excellence capabilities. This is a strategic leadership role requiring close partnership with global business leaders, control functions and enterprise stakeholders to strengthen governance, risk management and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Institutional Non-Financial Risk team and drive strategic risk outcomes.
- Build and scale Risk Centre of Excellence capabilities across resilience, financial crime, compliance and governance.
- Partner with senior business leaders to embed effective and practical risk management practices.
- Strengthen governance, reporting and control frameworks across Institutional Banking.
- Develop high-performing teams through capability building, coaching and succession planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in risk operating models and stakeholder engagement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:- 15-20 years of experience in Institutional Banking and Non-Financial Risk.
- Strong expertise across Markets, Transaction Banking and Corporate Finance.
- Proven leadership experience managing large, high-performing risk teams.
- Deep understanding of governance, compliance, resilience and financial crime risk.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex global organizations.
- Willing to work onsite from Bengaluru.
