Director - Information Technology

Job title: IT Director Application Development.

We are looking for visionary IT leaders to take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery.

You will lead complex initiatives starting from requirements gathering, through design, development, QA, deployment, and ongoing support.

These are fully custom-built applications designed to either integrate with or replace existing Oracle ERP systems, requiring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.

Key Focus Areas:

We are hiring for leadership roles with deep functional and technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:

- Oracle Financials (R12 & Cloud)

- Procure to Pay (Oracle R12 or other ERP platforms)

- Order to Cash (Oracle R12 or other ERP platforms)

- Supply Chain / Inventory (Oracle R12 or other ERP platforms)

Required Skills & Experience:

- Overall IT experience, with at least 4 years in a Manager/ Director-level leadership role.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (R12 or later) or similar enterprise platforms both technical and functional.

- Proven ability to collaborate across business, functional, and technical teams in a global delivery setup.

- Deep expertise in one or more of the core business process areas listed above.

- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional product development and integration teams.

- Experience with global delivery models, and full ERP implementation lifecycle.

Preferred Technical Skills:

- Oracle ERP (R12), SQL, PL/SQL.

- Custom Application Development using Oracle and Python.

- Cloud experience with Google Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Domain Preference:

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory processes.

- Preferred industry background: Wholesale or Retail Grocery.
