Key Responsibilities : - Manage the incubation center's daily operations, and provide expert presentations and tours for government officials. - Lead and manage a dedicated support staff to ensure the smooth running of the center. - Conduct an idea generation session at the end of the visit to help officials come out with ideas to solve some of the challenges faced by them in their work area. - Design, architect, and execute PoC of ideas which are found feasible with the help of a team of developers. The project ideas will be focused on Data & Analytics, AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, emerging technologies, etc. - Work with companies as well as Startups to get the latest solutions for showcasing at the Centre. - Establish the best practices and governance model to run the Centre. Minimum - 8 to 12 years of experience working in an Executive Briefing Centre of a large tech company. - Proven experience in a similar role or a senior technology management role. - Innovation Leadership or Startup Incubation Role in any technology company will be desirable
