
Role: Head - HR
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies in line with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning, succession, and organizational effectiveness.
- Organizational Design & Change Management
- Drive organizational restructuring, talent deployment, and capability building.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of transformation programs.
- Employee Relations & Industrial Relations (ER/IR)
- Manage and resolve complex ER/IR issues in a proactive manner.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industrial agreements.
- Build strong engagement mechanisms between management, employees, and union bodies (where applicable).
HR Transformation & Projects:
- Lead HR digital transformation initiatives for process efficiency.
- Introduce best practices in performance management, compensation, and talent development.
- Drive culture-building initiatives that align with company values and operational excellence.
People Development & Leadership:
- Mentor and develop HR business partners across multiple plants/units.
- Build leadership succession pipelines across the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, diversity, and employee well-being.
Required Candidate Profile:
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR / Industrial Relations (Mandatory)
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience leading HR in the manufacturing sector (preferably Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or related industries).
- Proven track record in handling ER/IR matters, organizational design, and HR transformation projects.
- Experience in multi-plant HR leadership will be a strong plus.
