Job Description:

- Develop and execute global HR strategy aligned with business goals.

- Lead onboarding across geographies with structured frameworks.

- Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance across jurisdictions.

- Drive employee engagement, DEI initiatives, and cultural integration.

- Implement HR systems and ensure governance and audit readiness.

The Successful Applicant

- 12+ years in HR, with 10+ in IT consulting/software.

- Experience managing HR across India and USA.

- Strong grasp of global labor laws and HR compliance.

- Proven success in onboarding, HRMS implementation, and leadership collaboration.
