This is a strategic and operational role for someone who can shape, scale, and steer the HR function to support a fast-growing organization. Key Responsibilities: 1) Lead the entire HR charter for India across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Culture, Engagement, L&D, and Compliance. 2) Build and scale people practices aligned with business growth. Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and a people champion across teams. 3) Implement strong performance, rewards, and retention frameworks. Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and founder-led culture. 4) Set up scalable systems, policies, and processes to support rapid scale. Ideal Candidate Profile: 1) 12-18 years of HR experience with exposure to both strategic and operational roles. 2) Has worked in high-growth startups or has transitioned from large brands to startups. 3) Strong track record in building HR from the ground up or scaling during growth phases. 4) Business-first mindset with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders. 5) Agile, execution-focused, and passionate about building people-centric organizations.
