1. Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Partner closely with promoters and senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and culture.
3. Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
Manufacturing HR Management
4. Oversee HR operations across multiple factories and corporate functions.
5. Ensure smooth workforce planning and manpower optimization across locations.
6. Drive productivity enhancement initiatives and people practices within manufacturing units.
7. Manage industrial relations and maintain harmonious employee relations.
8. Build robust succession planning and leadership development frameworks.
9. Drive performance management, capability building, and employee engagement programs.
10. Design and implement competitive compensation and reward structures.
11. Ensure effective performance-linked incentive programs across functions.
12. Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor laws applicable to manufacturing operations.
13. Strengthen HR policies, processes, and governance mechanisms.
14. Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across locations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
2. 15-20+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to the FMCG industry.
3. Proven experience working in promoter-driven/family-managed organizations.
4. Hands-on experience managing HR for multiple manufacturing plants/factories.
6. Strong understanding of industrial relations, labor laws, and manufacturing HR practices.
7. Demonstrated ability to partner with promoters and senior stakeholders.
8. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
9. Experience in driving organizational transformation and building scalable HR processes.
