Director - Human Resources - FinTech

Hiring a, Lead HR , based out of Gurgaon (Company HQ is Mumbai )

For: a leading Fintech Snapmint (A 12 year old, Series A funded)

The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.

- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention & development.

- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.

- Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale and training and development.

- As a strong business HR, help organisations scale up business to their next vision

- Talent Management and development also is another critical role to play in the organisation.

Desired Profile :

- A pedigreed, MBA with a right attitude, ability to navigate in a start up and dynamic organisation set up, with a minimum experience of 8-9 years.

- Someone who has scaled business and taken a route from 10 - 100X journey
