Director - HR About our client: Our client is a dynamic and innovative startup in the e-commerce enablement space, dedicated to helping businesses thrive in the digital age with industry leading brands Location: Bangalore (work from office) Position overview: - As an HR director, you will be a key leader in our organization, responsible for shaping and executing human resources strategies to drive talent management and organizational excellence. - With over 6 years of experience in HR and a strong educational background, you will oversee a wide range of HR initiatives, from development and performance management to employee engagement and cultural enhancement. - Your role will involve implementing and optimizing HR systems, fostering learning development and mentoring employees at various career stages. - Your contributions will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring the success and growth of our workforce Key responsibilities: - Develop and execute programs for talent engagement, employer brand positioning, and organizational culture. - Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues. - Lead and manage HR initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, competency matrix, performance management, colleague engagement, and skill assessment systems. - Lead continuous improvement programs, to enhance HR processes. - Lead initiatives related to employee onboarding, recruitment, manpower planning, top talent management, and performance management. - Mentor and provide guidance on performance management, performance dialogue, pay conversations, and organizational goal setting. - Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions. - Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies. - Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities. - Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities. - Facilitate leadership and general employee development programs and workshops. Other transformation initiatives and responsibilities as required.
