Key Responsibilities :
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational goals to drive sustainable business growth and competitive advantage.
- Lead large-scale organizational development and change management initiatives to ensure the company remains adaptable during periods of rapid scaling or structural transformation.
- Oversee the end-to-end talent management framework, including succession planning and leadership development, to build a strong internal pipeline of future leaders.
- Implement data-driven performance management systems that incentivize excellence and provide clear career progression paths for all employees.
- Spearhead diversity and inclusion programs to cultivate a workplace culture that values varied perspectives and promotes equitable opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with employment laws and internal policies to mitigate organizational risk and maintain ethical standards across all regions.
- Leverage advanced HR software and analytics to streamline administrative workflows and provide actionable insights to the leadership team regarding workforce trends.
