
Description:
The Head of HR will be a strategic leader responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a diplomatic and strategic thinker who can align HR strategies with overall goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all HR-related matters.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop a talented workforce.
- Implement talent management strategies to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
Employee Engagement and Development:
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Performance Management:
- Establish a robust performance management system that drives high performance and accountability.
- Ensure regular performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms are in place.
