About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR function and drive a high-performing, people-centric culture.

This is a key leadership position responsible for developing HR strategy, optimizing talent management processes, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and standards.

As the HR Director, you will partner closely with executive leadership to shape workforce planning, improve employee engagement, and build scalable HR systems that support the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

- Define and execute a long-term HR strategy aligned with business goals and organizational growth.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR-related matters.

- Drive org-wide initiatives on culture-building, employee engagement, and leadership development.

- Build a high-performing HR team, providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

- Lead strategic hiring initiatives across all departments to attract top talent.

- Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and talent forecasting.

- Optimize recruitment processes, implement employer branding programs, and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics.

- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies.

Employee Experience, Engagement & Culture:

- Architect and drive employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and culture-enhancement strategies.

- Create frameworks for improving communication, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.

- Measure employee satisfaction and proactively address retention risks.

- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Performance Management & Learning Development

- Lead the design and execution of performance evaluation frameworks, goal setting (OKRs/KPIs), and competency models.

- Implement talent development programs, leadership training, and career development paths.

- Work closely with managers to identify skill gaps and build tailored learning programs.

- Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

- Oversee compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.

- Lead annual appraisal cycles, promotion reviews, and incentive programs.

- Ensure streamlined HR operations covering onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, and employee documentation.

- Drive HR digital transformation and automation across platforms (HRMS, payroll, analytics tools).

- Employee Relations & Compliance

- Manage complex employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

- Maintain updated HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational and legal standards.

- Partner with legal and compliance teams during audits, investigations, and policy reviews.

- Organizational Development & Change Management

- Support leadership with change management efforts during mergers, reorganizations, or strategic shifts.

- Strengthen organizational effectiveness through structural improvements and capability building.

- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies and initiatives.

- HR Analytics & Reporting

- Implement HR dashboards and KPIs to drive data-driven decision making.

- Analyze workforce trends (attrition, productivity, diversity, engagement) and report insights to senior leadership.

- Create action plans based on analytics insights for continuous improvement
